PRODUCT SUPPORT
Start with a date.
Guidance for Celesight Calendar, from everyday date queries to local sky views.
How do I view another date?
Select a date in Calendar. Tap the selected date again to open its details. The application supports years 1–9999 CE in its defined Gregorian representation. Historical astronomy research should take the relevant historical calendar into account.
How do I change the city or sky time?
Select the city name on the chart to change location. Today uses the current time; other dates default to local noon. Expand the time controls to adjust the date, hour, minute or second and see the chart update.
Do sky features need a constant internet connection?
Astronomical calculations run locally. Signing in, activating sky access and refreshing authorisation need internet access. A valid device licence allows offline use for up to seven days. Domestic online services will open after deployment.
How do solar and lunar reminders work?
Add an item in Reminders, choose the calendar, date and repeat rule, and allow notifications. Reminder records currently stay on the device. Keep a separate copy of important records before clearing application data or uninstalling.
How do I update the application?
Use More → Check for updates. Download and installation each require your confirmation. Android may ask you to allow installations from the application. The domestic update service will open with deployment.
Is an iOS version available?
An iOS version is planned and is not currently available on the App Store. Release information will be published on the product page.
